Welcome to Green Gorilla Fruits. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.


1. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to change prices and fruit availability without prior notice due to the seasonal nature of our products.


2. Delivery

We aim to deliver your fruits within the scheduled timeframe. However, we are not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Please ensure an accurate delivery address is provided.


3. Product Representation

While we strive to display our products as accurately as possible, actual fruits may vary slightly in color, size, and appearance from the images shown on the website due to natural variations.


4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Green Gorilla Fruits and may not be reproduced without written permission.


5. Limitation of Liability

Green Gorilla Fruits shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.


6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.


7. Lucky Draw

  • 1. Eligibility & Active Status

    Open to all active Green Gorilla Fruits subscribers. To be eligible to win the Grand Draw, the participant must be an active, paid subscriber both at the time of the draw (February 7th, 2027) and throughout the verification process. Cancelled, suspended, or inactive subscriptions at the time of the draw will automatically forfeit any accumulated entries.


  • 2. Lucky Draw Entry Logic

    Entries are automatically accumulated and registered based on the member’s subscription history and active plan as follows:

    • Monthly Plan: Members earn one (1) entry for each active, paid month of subscription.


    • 6-Month (Semi-Annual) Plan: Members receive a lump sum of six (6) entries immediately upon subscription or renewal.


    • Annual Plan: Members receive a lump sum of twelve (12) entries immediately upon subscription or renewal.


  • 3. Winner Announcement & Control

    The Grand Draw winner will be announced on February 7th, 2027. Green Gorilla Fruits reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, postpone, or control the dates of the draw and the trip period at any time without prior notice, due to unforeseen circumstances, availability, or operational requirements.


  • 4. Prize Coverage

    The family trip covers up to 2 adults and 2 children. The S$10,000 cash prize is awarded in Singapore Dollars (S$).


  • 5. Bespoke Itinerary

    Itinerary details (farm stay locations and hotels) will be finalized with the winner to ensure a bespoke experience.


  • 6. Non-Transferable & Non-Exchangeable

    The travel package (including flights, accommodation, and curated experiences) is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or any other alternative.


  • 7. Travel Insurance (Mandatory)

    The winner and all accompanying family members must purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal accidents for the entire duration of the trip. Proof of insurance must be presented to Green Gorilla Fruits prior to booking confirmation. Green Gorilla Fruits shall not be held liable for any medical emergencies, accidents, or disruptions during the trip.


  • 8. Travel Documentation

    The winner and their family members must possess valid passports (with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel) and any necessary visas required for entry into Japan. Green Gorilla Fruits is not responsible for any travel disruptions or cancellations caused by invalid or missing documentation.


  • 9. Exclusions

    The prize excludes local transportation in Singapore, airport transfers, passport/visa fees, personal shopping, and any meals, activities, or expenses not explicitly listed in the finalized bespoke itinerary.


  • 10. Media & Publicity

    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Green Gorilla Fruits to use photos, videos, and testimonials from the journey for future promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes across all media channels without further compensation or approval.
